How long does custom design take?
Most projects take 5–10 business days from brief to signed-off artwork. Production starts as soon as you approve your proof.
What should I send to get started?
Your product's dimensions (or a sample), where it will sell or ship, your logo, and any packaging you like. A rough sketch or photo is plenty.
Can I design it myself instead?
Yes. If you already have artwork, use our free 3D designer on the mailer, shipping box and product box pages. If you don't, that's what this service is for.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order one box or a thousand. For larger runs, our sister company Rox Packaging handles big-volume production.
Will I see it before it prints?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.
