We currently offer the following shipping and pick-up methods

• Local Pick-up (Anaheim, CA): Free
• Home Delivery (within 20 miles): $100 flat rate
• UPS Ground: Calculated at checkout based on location and package size

Return & Refund Policy

• All orders go through a pre-production confirmation process with our expert team — including sample review where applicable. Once your design has been approved and confirmed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted.
  
• Please make sure to carefully review your design during the confirmation stage. Our team is happy to assist you with any questions before production begins.
