About Feelz CBD Seltzer

Curated, formulated, and packaged in Southern California, Feelz CBD seltzer is an award-winning beverage with 20mg of pure CBD isolate in each 12-ounce can. Feelz was created with the goal of hydrating customers while simultaneously boosting their mood. Their branding is centered around bright, vibrant colors and images of summer; anything that evokes the feeling of being happy and carefree. With this in mind, Build A Box was tasked with creating a custom packaging solution that embodied Feelz’s bold, cheerful summer vibe while offering the practical functionality of typical custom retail boxes.

Box Type

One of the most important aspects of Feelz’s custom packaging was the box type. Several of our boxes are suitable for point of sale use, but custom retail boxes were the clear top choice. Retail boxes are used for retailing your product as opposed to shipping it; they sit at the point of sale in order to entice customers as they check out. One advantage of retail boxes is that they are self-locking, requiring no tape or glue to set up for use. For Feelz, we created a pyramid shape to sit atop the base that would advertise the product’s main selling points. This atypical shape is one major advantage of investing in custom corrugated boxes. The additional design space allowed us to incorporate more color, prominent logo placement, and clear photos of the product. 

Graphics & Color

Once the size and shape were decided on, the next step in the process is to choose graphics and color. Feelz wanted custom boxes with logo placement near the top of the display, where it would be easiest to see and unobstructed by the cans placed in the inserts. We utilized all four visible sides of the pyramid as well as all four sides of the base to clearly display the Feelz logo, tagline, and main selling points. No matter which angle you approach the display from, you’ll know you’re picking up Feelz CBD Seltzer. Since their branding revolves so heavily around vibrant colors, Feelz opted for full-color designs on all sides of the display. This bright blue and their custom graphics catch the eye of passing customers and draws them into the custom retail boxes.
